8th Grade Promotion Infomation

Monday, June 9th at 1:30 pm at the Special Event Center (220 Spooner Rd) is 8th grade promotion.  Doors open at the Special Event Center at 12:30 pm. Below is a schedule of the last two days of school for your 8th grader.  (June 9th is the last day of school for 8th graders)

8th Grade Schedule of Events For Friday, June 6th: 

• Yearbook Signing + Final Locker Clean Out
• 8^th Grade Dance: 1:30-3:30 [students may leave during regular dismissal at 2:10pm, but are welcome to stay until 3:30pm (must find transportation home if they are staying after 2:10)]

8th Grade Promotion Schedule of Events (Monday, June 9th): 

• 8:25 am: School Starts - Students check in with their Advisory Teacher, then go to Courtyard after attendance
• 9:00 am: Pancake Breakfast - All students report to the 7th/8th grade cafeteria
• 10:30 am: Practice - Students will have a practice run through for promotion at the Special Events Center (High School)
• 12:09 pm: Lunch
• 1:00 pm: Students to be escorted to Special Events Center for Ceremony
• 1:30 pm: Promotion Ceremony - Special Events Center (High School)
• 2:10-3:30 pm: Meet and congratulate students outside and get pictures with your graduate. You are free to take your 8th grader home at this time. 

If you know you will be checking out younger siblings who attend Belgrade Middle School for the promotion ceremony please call the office at 406-388-1309 before lunch starts at 12:09 to call your student out.
